After receiving Royal Assent, goods originating in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland may benefit from preferential tariff treatment under the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).
Effective September 01, 2026, goods originating in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland may be imported under CPTPP tariff rate quota.
