The International Trade Commission, US Customs and Border Protection, and The US Census Bureau began tracking E-cigarette imports into the US on October 20th, 2015. Currently, E-cigarettes are not specifically named in the tariff schedule and the actual numbers of imports were not tracked. US Senator Wyden has pushed for regulation, and this is the first step. Expect these commodities to be specifically named in the 2016 Tariff Schedule.
