On Monday, CSMS message 16-00603 reported CBP wide network issues that resulted in delayed processing that began at approximately 11:00 am. Â On Wednesday, the FDA Helpdesk confirmed that there was a communication issue that resulted in significant delays in FDA Messaging and Prior Notice Confirmations.
